Jeffrey D. Abbott
Founding Partner at Blitzscaling Ventures | Founder and chief organizer of AI Salon
Jeffrey D. Abbott is a founding partner at Blitzscaling Ventures, investing in early-stage AI startups with global potential. He also leads the firm’s Fellows program, mentoring the next generation of venture professionals.
As Managing Partner at Blitzscaling Academy, he helps entrepreneurs scale through practical tools and frameworks. He’s also the founder of AI Salon, a global community connecting AI leaders in over 60 cities.
Justin Mitchell

He turns bold ideas into ventures that move the world, bridging law, academia, and entrepreneurship to unlock innovation with purpose. At Arizona State University, he leads faculty venture development and IP commercialization, supporting 100+ healthtech and deep tech startups.
Currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies with a focus on Intellectual Property, he guides founders through invention disclosure, licensing, and regulatory planning. Outside of ASU, he co-leads AI Salon Phoenix and serves as Mentorship Chair on the YPO Gold Arizona Board, fostering impactful innovation through community and capital.
Rachel Hayden
Associate Project Manager - AWS AI Cloud Innovation Center
Rachel Hayden is an Associate Project Manager at the AWS AI Cloud Innovation Center through Enterprise Technology at Arizona State University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Systems) with a minor in Human Systems Engineering, graduating from ASU in May 2022.
With a passion for helping others, Rachel brings a supportive, creative, and solutions-driven mindset to every project. She leads by example, aiming to inspire and uplift through innovation and collaboration.

Camille Campbell is the #1 bestselling, award-winning author of four books, including the Wishner Prophecy book series, the acclaimed picture book Her Poems: Women Poets Who Changed the World and the upcoming book Colors of Ukraine. An educational activist, she has hosted digital writing webinar sessions for Arizona State University's Young Author's Writing Program (YAWP) and is an advisor to Education Forward AZ. Her work has been recognized by Scholastic, The New York Times, Penguin Random House, and many online publications. She is a Fellow at She's the First and the Founder and Executive Director of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit Rising Poets Community.
