With a strong track record across Europe, they have focused on growing startup ecosystems by supporting entrepreneurs, building opportunities, connecting key stakeholders, and designing impactful support programs. In their spare time, they enjoy mentoring early-stage startups.

A visionary entrepreneur and connector, dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs and diverse teams. Co-founded two organizations, mentored hundreds of startups, and launched We Angels, Serbia’s first informal group of women business angels. Passionate about fostering equitable business practices, helping women-led companies access capital and disrupt outdated leadership models. Host of the WE Founders podcast, amplifying the voices of authentic leaders from the Western Balkans and beyond.
